This coming Saturday 30th October 2010 would be our last training this month. Be punctual and ready for training by 9am. We will still train in Bishan Field. Take to Bishan Mrt and go to Bus Interchange and take bus 54 or 410G and alight on the 2nd stop. Use the map for reference once you have alighted.

Bring both dark and white jerseys.

Drinks and water to be brought to training before training starts.

People who are attending the Chalet at the end of this year please rmb to pay me $50 as i need them for the treasurer to calculate everything.(URGENT)

We will be going for our Bishan Run this training. Bring your sports shoes.

TRAINING IS STILL ON!

Hi people!
Here is a rough summary of this Saturday's training:
1. A jog around bishan area ( we'll put our bags at robin's house, please be early for training be there by 850 if not we're leaving without you )
2. Drills
3. Scrimmage
4. Break/revision on the scrimmage
5. Scrimmage
6. Debrief
Due to the haze, training will be arranged based on the condition tomorrow morning! Please be PREPARED(boots up) at the field 9am SHARP. PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD THAT TRAINING IS STILL ON BUT IT WILL BE LESS INTENSE!

Things to take note: We will be having training on time and ending training at 2pm. After which we will head towards Sentosa for beach ultimate pickup. Bring extra sets of clothings! Prepare beach wears too. Bring your OWN water and discs.
