TRAINING.

Disctractors! we are just about a week away from our trainings! first of all, i would like to remind everyone with what they are required to bring on training days.
  1. Extra clothings for the mud bathe you will get during training,
  2. Big Big water bottles to quench your thirst,
  3. A disc, don't have one tell me, desmond,
  4. Soccer boots to have grip while running if possible as the ground is soft during November period.Raining season.
  5. Your heart and soul to train and play!
This should be all that you need to bring along with you on training days! Train hard finish strong!
