A VERY LONG POST! PREPARE YOUR COFFEE TEAM!
Hey Guys! this Saturday same time 2.30pm Wednesday would be 4.30pm at the field we train on everyweek*please keep that in mind and not forget the time and place* One thing to take note is that we won't ever change the place and time. We will announce and post on the blog if there are any changes made team!
Bring your both jerseys, dark and white no matter what. Get it washed up before Saturday. Otherwise you bring another white and dark shirt along, anyway is fine as long as you bring a white and dark! We are going to do the dark and white system by this weekend!
And i think we will not implement anymore punishments and stuff to the late comers. Everyone is mature enough to know that your not supposed to be late. Personally i hate people who are late for trainings so everyone try your best to come early. If your parents eats too slowly during lunch, rush them! make them gobble everything in 2 mins! If they drive too slowly, tape their feet to the pedal and take away the brakes! Alright? You get what i mean just don't kill your family while rushing here.Seriously, late comers are kinda irritating to me as the late comers would miss out the earlier drills or stuff and it is unfair for everyone including themselves. So ya! Do not be late!
I also realised one particular thing from the players is that many of you, when you are late you tend to just skip the runs and warmups and just jump into the current drills. And i will always need to ask you guys if you did this and that already. So irritating to you right?! So next training onwards just be pro-active and do your runs and warmups before joining us in the drills! Thats all i need to say i guess!

UPcoming competitions.
Hey guys, i hope today's training was fun and very useful to most of you? and if there is anything you would like to learn please let me know on this sat training ok? i really need everyone to think hard on things you want to learn. However, there are somethings that do not need to be taught such as your way your shot goes(practice). So if there are any other stuff please tell me by saturday alright? i will tell Eugene and i think he will try his best to do some drills or stuff to help you in your weaknesses ok?
Anyway, some of you may not know but there are roughly 4 competitions that i will send the team into.

- Surf and Sweat by NTU sports club.
- KL Open 2010
- Teen games 2010
- Summer league
- Regarding the surf and sweat, i will want an answer asap. So that i can register a team in.
- KL Open would be somewhere during on a weekend of the month of May. I will send in a team for KL Open too. Limited spaces would be available for a team
- Teen games 2010 is predicted to be a 2 days event held in our school. I will send in 3 teams for this competition. However, every team is expected to be on the upper tier and best to be on top 3
- Summer league would take place during the month of May till June for every weekend. This is one important competition and i hope most of you can negotiate with your family members bout letting you guys go down every weekend to play.
So i hope that this few competitions i just mentioned can be a target for you guys.

Hi guys, i want to emphasize that Eugene lim who is going to coach us is really good and we need to treasure this opportunity that he is going to coach us. Without a doubt he is going to be hard on us and based on how much we listen/absorb/learn, it will show whether it was all worth it. Regarding the late coming, i really hope everyone of you can make it down to the field by 5pm sharp if not rush down as quickly as possible.For those who end school early that day, the seniors and the coach will be at the field by 4pm so if you want extra help go down early. Your improvement in your Ultimate skills depends on how much you want it and how much you work for it, everything voice down to attitude.
Okay! enough of that, jersey ceremony will be held on saturday. I expect EVERYONE to be there that day including those who have chingay. I want to make this an important day for us as Disctractors, for those who just came in you received your first jersey! for those who are receiving their 2nd/3rd jersey we have gone through tons of training together! We have many more years to go everyone! (: We will be taking team photo so turn up!
However, training is still on but based on attendance training will be either way tougher than usual or a slack fun day (:

Our last hope for our home ground!
team.we got one last shimmer of hope to keep our home ground. Alot of our fellow teammates suggested to go to the field near the canal.Around bishan st13. Near robin's house if any of you knows where he stays. SO, i will give the field one more shot and if there are nobody who are going disrupt to our training.we will stick to that field.However, if there is any disruption due to the public trying to share and make our field smaller, than we will move to sengkang field for training. So we will meet each other at the field which is beside block 156. if you are not sure where is it.Just call us up on sat to meet us somewhere. See you guys!

Venue for our subsequent trainings DISCTRACTORS!
Hey guys. I need everyone's cooperation in this matter. As all of you guys saw from saturday's training, there were too many distractions from the garderner and soccer team that will be staying there for a year. So i had decided that we will have trainings in SengKang field from this saturday onwards. We will start at 2pm and end after scrimmage. I know some of you might think that sengkang is far, for your information, from bishan to sengkang, it would only take 20 mins the most to reach the field we are training at. So if anyone of you still thinks that the training ground is too far and you are lazy to go so far just for a training. So be it. Training is there for you to choose whether to come. Maybe sengkang is too far, what about going to west coast park for trainings every wednesday and saturday just for a few hours?Which is better. I really do not want our team to always waste time on all the rubbish we get from using the fields in bishan thats why. So it is your own decision to whether to make it for trainings in sengkang. If you do not know where is the field. You can meet us at bishan mrt or serangoon mrt and we will bring your there. We will leave bishan at 1.30. Meeting in Bishan circle line. Anyone seriously got a problem with the venue please approach me, otherwise i will take it that everyone is fine with the field! see you guys on wednesday in KCP at 4.30pm!

TRAINING!
Disctractors! this saturday is Hazel's birthday! So carry on reading to see what is our special plan for this saturday!
First! we will NOT have trainings in the morning. However, training will be in the afternoon. We will meet in bishan active 2.30pm sharp! After training! we will go home and take a shower and go for Hazel's birthday party at toa payoh!Woo!
So thats all for the plan! Hope you like it! see you guys on saturday! Warmup throws before training starts would be strongly adviced!

hey team desmond here blogging about some random stuff that i thought of while talking to one of our teammates. We were talking about the team's physical level and i realised most of us faces some difficulty in playing well in scrimmages when you lack of stamina.And obviously its due to lack of trainings. But there are some of the players can run like nobody's business right? It's not because they have 6 lungs to last them for the whole training and not feeling breathless so easily.But they train alot on their own. So if you think you are one of them, good for you! i don't need to worry about you so much anymore.However, think carefully and if your the one who lacks the stamina. It's time to buck up! Always remember not to have any "but" or "what if" when you are thinking of going for runs or trainings. Let nothing stop you from improving guys! You can do it! Every training is not enough, you have to prepare yourself before every training and put in your all for training to see which part your weak at and which part you had improved on!
