Random points to ponder about.
hey team desmond here blogging about some random stuff that i thought of while talking to one of our teammates. We were talking about the team's physical level and i realised most of us faces some difficulty in playing well in scrimmages when you lack of stamina.And obviously its due to lack of trainings. But there are some of the players can run like nobody's business right? It's not because they have 6 lungs to last them for the whole training and not feeling breathless so easily.But they train alot on their own. So if you think you are one of them, good for you! i don't need to worry about you so much anymore.However, think carefully and if your the one who lacks the stamina. It's time to buck up! Always remember not to have any "but" or "what if" when you are thinking of going for runs or trainings. Let nothing stop you from improving guys! You can do it! Every training is not enough, you have to prepare yourself before every training and put in your all for training to see which part your weak at and which part you had improved on!
